About us
Data Ocean Consulting was founded in 2018 by Marco Rafael Domingues, a TOGAF 10 certified Enterprise Architect and PMP certified Project Manager with more than 25 years of experience designing and governing technology transformations across Europe and the Americas.
His background includes leading architecture and PMO at Oracle, transformation and post-merger integration programmes at NTT DATA and, since 2023, an engagement as an external Enterprise Architect consultant, under a service contract, for the European Commission.
We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and we turn approved models into practices that work day to day.
